Zoe needs a new home
June 12, 2008
Zoë is a loving little girl with a nasal defect, so she needs someone who can give her a compassionate home. She has tested positive for pasteurella exposure, and occasionally she sneezes. She can have medications (provided) when symptoms occur. No big deal. We recommend that she be in a home either without another rabbit or with another rabbit that has been exposed previously to pasteurella. She is such a happy girl but sadly she needs a single place and her foster family are no longer able to care for her.

Zoë is beautiful, pure white, soft, gentle & exceptionally affectionate. What a lovely girl! She has been spayed and is healthy aside from the nasal defect and occasional sneezing.

We have no more single sites available in our Haven foster system anywhere. Won't you help this little girl? Call us at 831 239-7119. She is without a home as of Monday the 15th of June. She comes with a pen or marchiaro - you provide the food and lots of love. She soaks that up. When her environment is calm and happy she remains symptom free. Frankly, we do not think her exposure is a big deal, we just think it best not expose her to other rabbits. Dr. Harvey has been treating her.

Please think about Zoë and call if you have any space for her in your home. We are very hard hit with the fires and so many rabbits have been displaced. We need to ask for outside help to get through this. Call Heather at 831-239-7119 if you can help.
