Rabbit Haven Bunnies Available for Adoption

Rabbit Haven's ultimate goal is the permanent placement of our rabbits in safe, loving homes.  Adoption counseling, visitation, and education services are available to the general public.  We require that all rabbit caretakers provide permanent homes, a safe environment, proper food, grooming, medical attention, and the love and support essential to the rabbit's well-being.  We recommend that all rabbits be kept indoors and that they be allowed to live with the family and not apart (i.e., set aside in a back yard hutch).

Rabbit Haven only adopts to families who agree to keep rabbits indoors. Outside arrangements are discouraged due to early lack of social setting, early deaths caused by exposure to disease agents, such as the very deadly Myxomatosis, and predators that may harm the rabbit.  All new adoptive families receive discount coupons from area pet supply retailers, and an informative information packet.

Below we provide information about the bunnies available for adoption.  Additional information about the adoption process is provided at the following links:

Evelena Evelena

Hi I am Evelena, a gorgeous black mini rex. I am almost 1. My foster family says I am fabulous and they say I am pretty. What do you think? I love pets, entertaining myself by playing about and tossing my toys. I am in litter box training 101 and have learned to love Hay and greens and fresh water. Oh my I just love this stuff. All I had before was ole pellets and a dirty water bottle Ugh! I once lived was a dark, small cage. It was boring and dirty and I was sad. Finally, I found my way to the Haven and now I am just waiting for the right home with great people who will love me - I love back! I do binkies because I am happy. I am still learning that it is ok to get pets just because….I know how to drink out of a nice fresh bowl of water and I love that! I saw a doctor and they said I was healthy and I am spayed. So what do you say -Want a wonderful new bunny companion like me? I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Sigmund Sigmund

Sigmund is a baby harlequin, approximately 6 to 8 weeks old. He was found as a stray in someone's backyard. Sigmind is very sweet and just wants to be held all the time. He acts sleepy when you hold him, but then binkies all over the place when out playing.

Madison Madison

What a sweet boy! Madison is a neutered all white male bunny with very light pink eyes. He's a medium-sized (6.5#) full-grown rabbit that is about two years old.

Madison was originally adopted from the Rabbit Haven on 12/10/05. They didn't say why, but through no fault of the bunny, his family got tired of him and placed him out on a porch where he received very little socialization. This hurt his feelings (bunnies want to be part of the family, not stuck out in an area by themselves). On 4/20/07, they surrendered him to a local animal shelter with only a blanket (they did not bring his carrier, food, supplies, or toys). Alert and caring shelter workers realized he was a Haven bunny and notified us so we could rescue him from possible euthanasia and place him in one of our foster homes.

Madison is such a good-hearted, well mannered, and clean bunny. He has perfect litter-box habits, and he'll make a great addition to a quiet home where he can learn to trust and love and play with humans again. He has made great strides to becoming a mild, happy bunny he once was. Every morning he greets the day from the top of his house, waiting for his special attention and nose-pet session. He's a very good eater, preferring to nibble through out the day, instead of gulping his food. He likes all his greens and herbs, especially cilantro, fennel and dandelion greens. Romaine is a staple most days and he still enjoys it. He likes timothy hay, preferring the American Pet Diner Second Cut better than Oxbow. Treats of oat hay, a bit or carrot or thin slice of banana are a big deal to him. But watch your fingers with the banana, he gets confused which is fingers and which is banana. He's very good about sitting on his foster mom's lap and being brushed/combed, which he needs regularly. He also like to lounge in the TV room and do binkies to distract everyone from the TV.

Can you give this deserving soul a forever home? He's had too much neglect and abandonment for such a short life - are you the family who can give him the attention and love he sorely desires?

Milkdud Casserole Milkdud Casserole

Milkdud is a young energetic small Holland Lop that just wants to play and play and play. He could be the binky champion if he had more space to really make them count. He arrived at the shelter as a stray and does not want to be in cage so he will be neutered ASAP to help redirect his energy. He is already doing very well with his litterbox so he will do great as a house rabbit. He will expect a pen instead of a cage and lots of playtime to show off his skills.

Tashi Tashi

I do not know how I got here. One day I was all alone on a busy street, and then I was rescued and brought to The Haven. I am a tiny gray and white Dutch mix sweetheart (that's what Auntie calls me). I love being held and cuddled and I am super affectionate. I am very young, I was born in April of 2008. But Auntie says I am old enough to go with a family of my very own, if they are super special and know how to care for tiny baby bunnies. My friend who I live with is Remy. She was also abandoned. We just meet a little while ago and became fast friends. I was scared and Remy helped me feel better! She give me little kisses on my forehead and I feel better now. Remy is scared too so we have something in common. Remy and I love alfalfa hay and greens - and love of course, lots of that! Wow I never knew it felt so good to snuggle! We both love to play and we will be good girls ok??? So contact my Auntie If you are interested in me because I am ready to have a new adventure for a lifetime. How about if Remy comes too ???

Love, Tashi

Remy Remy

Remy is a tiny 5 week old baby girl. She was rescued form a severe abuse situation. Remy and her family are survivors - As Remy was an infant we elected to rescue her. We could not locate the mother and fear she had already died by the time animal control went out to rescue them. The rest of Remy's relations went on to a wonderful rescue in the Northern area. They were feral rabbits and needed more wide open space to be comfortable. Remy is just darling and very calm. She loves holding, hay and alfalfa pellets. She has not yet figured out toys but loves her litter box. She goes right there! She has a special snuggle toy.

Cuddles and Colton Cuddles & Colton

See our video!

Cuddles and Colton are a very bonded pair and must be adopted together. Cuddles is a mini-lop mix and Colton is a Himalayan. Their owners surrendered them because they felt like they were not spending enough time with them and were hoping they will find a family that showers attention on them. They like spending their time together but also enjoy being petted and snuggled by their people. They are both used to well behaved dogs, cats, and children so will fit in with a lot of different families. They are currently living in a foster home and are available to meet new families by appointment.

See our video!

Geneva is a black and white dwarf Dutch female rabbit who is bonded with a golden female Rex named Vienna. They were surrendered to the shelter on the day of the Summit fires and it was so chaotic that we had very little information on them. They are both very easy to handle and very social. Vienna especially likes to be pet and held. Both love veggies and use their litterbox well. They like to explore everything and have a ton of fun playing in their Cottontail Cottage and tunnels. They will play at the shelter for over 2 hours before getting tired so they need a home where they will be allow to be out of their pen and play a lot. In return, they will be very entertaining and will be a lot of fun for their new family. They are both microchipped.

Amelia Earhart Amelia Earhart

This beautiful little girl is very gentle and sweet. She loves spending time in your arms and lap. Amelia Earhart came to the shelter with 20 other rabbits who were living under the owner's house. They were malnourished, exposed to predators, and they were suffering. Domestic rabbits don't have the same instincts that wild rabbits have, so they are not capable of defending themselves outdoors. Amelia was lucky to survive that ordeal, and is now looking for an INDOOR home.

Cybrena Cybrena

Cybrena is a happy baby bunny full of curiosity. She loves to be petted and will sit in your lap. She prefers human attention over food and playing, but she will eat everything you give her as soon as you leave the room! She won't even let us close the door to her cage, because she knows that putting her head in between the cage and the cage door will solicit more pets! She needs alfalfa hay and pellets, and she is not currently getting the correct nutrients for a baby bunny. She would like a foster home where she can eat and play until she's big enough to be spayed. She's very calm despite all the commotion here at the shelter (even during the fire chaos) and would do well in a variety of homes. She is not as hyper as most babies, but does her share of binkies! She has also perfected the bunny flop, and when she gets sleepy will flop onto her side. This girl is an angel and is looking for someone who can properly care for an angel. Are you willing to learn?

They were malnourished, exposed to predators, and they were suffering. Domestic rabbits don't have the same instincts that wild rabbits have, so they are not capable of defending themselves outdoors. Bambi was friendly from the first day, and she did not complain when we took her to the vet to have a 2-inch wound poked at to make sure it was healing. She loves her foster home and does binkies to show how happy she is. She made herself right at home and cleared off a shelf so that she could sleep in a cozy corner of a bookcase. She gently pushed everything aside to make room for her baby body! She is so cute. She has requested parsley and carrot greens and will refuse radishes and celery because she's just learning about all the better vegetables!

He likes to stick his nose out so that all the children will pet him. He doesn’t mind dogs or cats at all, as long as they don’t chase him. He is fast! Alfredhas a preference for female humans for some reason, but he is getting used to males and will get over his dominance issues as his hormone levels go down. He was neutered on June 6th.

Silvestre is a small Himalyan with a charming personality. He still gets carrots once in awhile, but needs to eat his green vegetables first. Rabbits should only eat one inch of carrot per day, maximum! We keep telling him that, but he keeps forgetting. Alfred is very playful and will entertain you for hours with his games. He will be neutered soon.

Cossett Cosset

Cosset was very weak and hungry when she was found in someone's front yard. She was hiding in a garbage bin that had been knocked over, and that's where she was found. After several days of nonstop eating and drinking, Cossett is no longer the skeleton she used to be. Her fur had never grown in completely due to malnutrition, and she was covered with small scabs, stained fur, and a layer of dirt on top. Well, she has made it clear that she is not garbage. After much love and even more food, Cosset is the pet lamb her name refers to. She is very grateful for all the food and attention she has gotten and is very loyal because of that experience.

Griffin was dumped in an empty lot near a busy street. A concerned citizen called the local shelter to let them know that Griffin had no food or water sources, and would most likely die without human help. He was rescued and is now eating a healthy diet of timothy hay, pellets, and fresh vegetables. He is very loyal to humans because he knows we saved him. Griffin will be a very loyal and playful bunny, and will never need to go hungry again.

Danika Danika

Danika grew up in a chicken house with roosters and two other bunnies. After a rooster attacked and killed her bunny friend, Danika was confiscated by animal control officers who saw that she needed a safe place to live and healthy food to eat. Now Danika is getting used to REAL food, with Timothy hay and pellets, and fresh veggies. After her previous diet of bird food, she wants a home that will give her a healthy variety of fresh greens every day. Rabbits cannot properly digest seeds and grains, so she doesn't want to eat those ever again! Danika did have a cut on her chin from one of the roosters, but is has already healed. The amazing thing is that she loved being picked up and cuddled.

Aria and Grady Aria & Grady

Soft as satin, Aria and grady are a Loving and lovely pair of rex dwarf bunnies. Sadly, they have been overfed so they are on the "Bunny Craig" diet right now. Nonetheless, this delightful pair are exquisite in every way. Gentle, loving, sweet and adventurous, they love to be held and to have free play. They are now healing from improper outdoor housing. Aria's little tiny feet have hock injuries due to living in some horrid place with a wire bottom cage. Shameful to do, the rex rabbit has a delicate skeletal frame and less fur on their feet and they absolutely cannot be housed on surfaces that can damage their hock fur. They must also be kept at the proper weight to help prevent hock injury and disease to their joints and bones. This pair can go into an adoptive home with instructions on their care. We will consider a loving family who can provide them with the care they deserve and need. The hock injuries are already healing and the weight is starting to come off with proper feeding of greens, timothy hay and no junk food treats. They both are very clean and they seem to adore each other. Grady is a luxurious golden colored small rex neutered male, perfect in every way. Aria is a speckled black, gold and white female who is also very small. She is currently about one pound overweight. Please talk with Auntie about her special diet for health and how extraordinary this beautiful, sweet little couple are. Shown by appointment.

Kahlua and her Family

Kahlua is wonderful and very pretty, her coat is a gorgeous rust red color. She enjoys loving and running about playing and adventures. Kahlua is a joyful but cautious girl, she is a smaller bunny and her breed goes about 5 pound max! She will be ready for adoption soon, once she has finished raising her kits. She is more than ready to go out and find her own new family. She will very naturally separate from her litter at 8 weeks. If a loving bunny is what you want, Kahulua is your girl. Have hay and loads of love to give? Kahlua woulod love to meet you.

Lapis says:
I'm Lapis, I think I'm a girl. My foster mama says that I am wonderfully special because I have "secret" markings: when you look at me, I look like I'm gray/tan all over. But if you look carefully my eye shadow, chin and toes are ivory colored. I think I'm the prettiest one of all of us (but don't tell my siblings, it will hurt their feelings!) I like to hang out in my hidey box with my sister Topaz, unless of course there's food. Then I am making a mad dash for the bowls, yummy! I was born about March 25, 2008 and I also will be able to be adopted at the end of May 2008, so be sure to email my Auntie Heather about me so you can be first in line. I have to say bye for now, I think the greens will be here soon...

Agate says:
Hi there! My name is Agate, I think that I'm a boy (it's hard to tell sometimes because I'm still so little). My foster mama says I'm very special because I'm the only black one in my litter, I'm the only boy and I'm the biggest. I love eating (greens are my favorite) and I also run up to anyone who wants to give me some lovies. If I see my bunny mom Kahlua getting pets then I go over so I can get mine too. I also like to snuggle on my foster mama's shoulder. I was born around March 25, 2008. I am still nursing from my mom Kahlua so I am not available to go to my forever home yet. But by the end of May I should be ready! If you like me you can go ahead and talk to my Auntie Heather on her email and I will meet you soon. Right now I live with my foster mama, small dogs, a cockatiel and other bunnies. I have to go now, I hope to meet you soon!

Garnet says:
Hi! My name is Garnet, my brown fur has kind of a red tinge to it (like the jewel, a garnet!) so you can tell it's me. I think I am a girl and I was born around March 25, 2008. My foster mama says I'm super special because I am the smallest one in my litter and I have the tint to my fur. I love to eat like all my siblings, I especially love my alfalfa hay & pellets. I also run up whenever I can to get my head scratched and I cuddle up with my foster mama as much as possible. Since I am still nursing from my bunny mom Kahlua I won't be able to be adopted until the end of May 2008. But if you want to, you can email my Auntie Heather to ask about me! I live with small dogs, other bunnies and a cockatiel (it's a bird, she's very chirpy!) and of course my foster mama. Maybe I'll see you soon!

Topaz says:
Hey there! I'm Topaz, I was named after the gemstone so I think that means I'm pretty! I think I am a girl, I was born around March 25, 2008. My foster mama says that I am something special because I am the only one in my litter that has white on my forehead and on my nose. I also have white eye shadow and white toes, that's how you can tell it's me! I really like to snuggle with my siblings or with my foster mama. Lots of times I'll be cuddled next to Lapis, then we look like one giant light gray/tan bunny, ha ha! I live with other bunnies, a small bird and small dogs. I will be available for adoption to my forever home in late May 2008. But in the meantime if you want to ask about me you can email my Auntie Heather and she can tell you more about me. I'm really cute, if I do say so myself!

Alana Alana

Alana and her family were rescued by The Haven when she was a newborn in December of 2007. She has grown into a spunky little girl who loves to play and have fun. She is looking for a special home to call her own.

Alana says:

Hello there, my name is Alana. I am a soft brown martin mix girl. I adore hours of playtime and soft music, toys and loving humans. I happen to be pretty connected with my mom but we agreed that it would be ok if we have separate homes. I love her but realize that some people do not have room for two bunnies in their home. I like toys and greens and I use a litter box. I like to be held and I do not chew wires. I was recently spayed, so I am ready to start me new life, maybe with you?

Love, Alana

Whiskey Mud Pie Whiskey Mud Pie

Whiskey Mud Pie is a small black sweetheart who just wants to spend time in your arms. He is very submissive, and would do well with a female bunny or with a human who gave him enough attention. Whiskey is only 10 months old, but already full-grown. He was surrendered to the shelter because his owners "couldn't care for him anymore." He does bunny binkies, and is very happy when he gets to run around and explore. When I put him back in his cage after playing with him, he jumped back out into my arms and wanted more pets! He is soooo cute.

I was confiscated with Soda Hop by a quick thinking Animal Control Officer. We were being kept in horrific conditions pending being eaten a few days later. It has not taken us long to realize how lucky we are. I am very curious and intelligent. I am also perfect with my litterbox and a big fan of raisins and veggies. I had to be separated from Soda Hop because we were not spayed or neutered yet. Now that we are fixed, we can be adopted together or separately.

Raspberry Raspberry Keeblercookie

See my video!

Raspberry is a blast. She is a classic big white bunny and would be perfect for an active family. She was surrendered to the shelter by a Good Samaritan who saved her from a homeless person who could not afford to care for her. She was initially very thin but is perfect now. She is so social and outgoing that she is difficult to keep up with. She never wants to go back in her pen because she has many many bunny things to do. She does like to visit with the other resident bunnies and let them know that she is Queen of the Rabbit Room now. Raspberry is in LOVE with her new willow and straw toys. She picks up the willow ball with her teeth and tosses it across the room. She also plays soccer with it, if she can get you to kick it back to her. She rolls it around using her chin. She is very playful and loves to run laps when she gets excited about something. Raspberry does have a preference for treats, especially raisins and raspberries! She needs a balanced diet of fresh veggies, timothy rabbit pellets, and timothy hay. She always insists that she hasn't had any treats, so she gets away with more than one raisin sometimes. One raisin has enough sugar for the whole day for her body size! You might need to stock up on frozen raspberries for this girl, because it would take a long time for her to eat a basket.

Dolce Dolce

My name is Dolce. I'm cute, eh? My foster mom says I'm a very endearing sweet baby bunny who was found at the shelter all by myself - no siblings and no mother. I wasn't even old enough to eat on my own, so when I was rescued by The Haven's volunteer she fed me lots of milk from a syringe. I was so weak then, but I'm much stronger now. I have lots of energy to explore the room and run around as fast as I can, playing "escape from the predator" games. I'm a happier bunny these days, but I do wish I had a playmate though. Someone to call my own friend and family. Please come and meet me. I am sure to win your heart over! I love to play and I am happy. Please adopt me so I have a home of my very own. I am almost finished with my syringe fed milk. My foster mom is really good at this, but I look forward to eating on my own like a big bunny. Oh, and I like toys too! Love Dolce.

Chanel Chanel

I am a sable point siamese gold female bunny. I had a bad start to life, being dumped as a baby at a shelter. Nice people there put me in with another mom so I could live and called The Rabbit Haven to get help! The Haven rescued me and my friend Diamond and our mom. My friend Diamond and I have been hanging out together for a while now, and it has been an interesting few months. We have been bounced around a little more than I like so I'd like to have a permanent home soon. I have been spayed and I am healthy, happy and just lonely for a new family of my own. Now that I am spayed Diamond can go with me if you like like him. Check him out on the web too ok? Diamond and I agreed if I find a home sooner I should just go and we can keep in touch by email - We do love each other.

Love, Channel.

White Diamond White Diamond

My friend is Chanel and I were abandoned at a shelter as babies. Back then we could not even see as we had just been born in a shleter!!!! That was a scary place to be for a couple of baby bunnies. The nice shelter staff put us together hoping to save our lives - our mom is really not our mom but she acted like our mom so we love her. Auntie Heather took us in and we were glad because that saved our lives! After we were 8 weeks old, our surrogate mom went off to another rescue. It's OK because she was ready to have space of her own, and we all love her and we thank her for raising us. I love hay, toys, cuddling and I am delicate and super gentle. I want a home of my own so much! I see other bunnies getting homes and I think it is my turn! I also love Channel, we could go to the same home together if you have room for two bunnies.

Love, Diamond.

Toffee Toffee

My name is Toffee. I was a very frightened bunny at the shelter. I used to whimper in the corner and beg to be taken home. I do have a dislike of latex or rubber gloves, or hands that smell like these things. The kennel staff wear gloves like this when they were cleaning my cage. Thank goodness my Rabbit Haven volunteer noticed me crying and asked Auntie Heather to take me into her Haven. I'm a small girl bunny who likes to be pet, pet, pet, and have my ears rubbed. I don't mind being held for a while, but I'd much rather be a bunny who gets to sit on your lap or next you rather than being lifted high into the air. With the right person, I'm sure I'll learn to feel safe in their arms. I'm an active girl and there's nothing I love more than to re-arrange my room and toys. Give me a cardboard box and I'll make the doors and windows just the way I like them ! Come play with me to see if I'm your special some-bunny.

This litter of adorable babies was born on January 17 of 2008. There are eight babies, five boys and three girls. The boys are Mousey, Charley, Swirl, Eddy, and Popper, and the girls are Shiloh, Juma, and Seal. These sweeties would love to be adopted with one or more of their siblings so they always have someone to play with. Their favorite things are alfalfa hay and doing big binkies to entertain the family who are currently fostering them. They are very good eaters and are learning to use their litter box too. They are looking for a forever family that will keep them safe and play with them. Are you their new family?

Frannie Frannie

Frannie is a medium sized dark chocolate brown bunny that is a real jumper. She needs lots of room to exercise and kick up her heels. She has perfect litter box habits, and will make a great free roaming bunny.

Frannie has settled down since she weaned her kits and was spayed at the end of March. However, she is very protective of her pen and will lunge, box, and even nip at you if you stick your hands in her pen without stopping to pet her first. This is a feisty girl and will do best in a home that doesn't scare at her antics.

She'll make a great companion for some lucky family.

Scooter Scooter

Scooter was named for his quick feet and large hind legs. He can move fast! This boy is much taller than his siblings, and has a thin, pointed face in comparison to his family. He is very friendly and will follow you around the house wherever you go. He has lots of energy and LOVES the cottontail cottage we got from busybunny.com. Unfortunately, he had a very bad experience with dogs when he was little and cannot relax when his big ears hear a dog bark. He wouldn't be comfortable living in the same house with a dog. Scooter came to the shelter with 21 rabbits who were living under the owner's house. They were malnourished, exposed to predators, and they were suffering. Domestic rabbits don't have the same instincts that wild rabbits have, so they are not capable of defending themselves outdoors. Scooter was lucky to survive that ordeal, and is now looking for an INDOOR home.

Emmett and Squirrel Emmett and Squirrel

Squirrel (the gorgeous brown girl) and Emmett (handsome white boy) are quite the bonded pair. They came to The Haven as babies and have grown up together, they're a little over a year old as of spring 2008. They were adopted out when young but due to their human's health issues they unfortunately had to come back to look for another family to bless with their presence. Squirrel is very friendly and will come up for pets. Emmett is shyer and waits until Squirrel is getting her lovies, then he'll feel safe to come up for his own. Quiet, mellow, very content bunnies they are used to cats, small dogs, other bunnies, and small birds. These are very undemanding bunnies, and they enjoy running back and forth doing their binkies. They are almost always relaxed, munching on their hay or laying around watching the world go by. But do watch your hands when you give them their pellets or their greens, they zoom right on over to scarf those down! They have been spayed/neutered, of course, and are doing well with their litterbox habits. They are calm, sweet and looking forward to going home with their new humans as soon as possible.

Jossalin
Jossalin
Jossalin

See my video!

Our lovely Jossalin came to The Haven in mid November 2007 with a horrific injury to her back right leg. Her foot was completely gone and the stump was dead with the bone sticking out. After she was stable and gained some weight, Jossalin's leg was amputated at the mid thigh. Dr. Carolynn Harvey of Chabot Vet Hospital in Hayward took excellent care of our girl and treated her like a queen. Jossalin came through the surgery with flying colors. After her recovery, physical therapy and lots of TLC she is now ready to find her forever home.

Jossalin has the courage of a lion and the grace of a ballerina. She has never once complained (grunted, nipped or fisticuffed) during her long ordeal. She took her medicines and cooperated with all the procedures she needed to get healthy. As far as she's concerned, all bunnies have just 3 legs! She runs wherever she wants, she gets herself in and out of her litterbox and she does the most adorable 3-legged binkies!

Jossalin has always loved attention and pets. She has a great appetite but will ignore her food until she has received enough lovies and scratches. If she feels that she's being ignored, she will simply follow you around! She also loves to snuggle up on the shoulder and relaxes so much she can fall asleep. She lies in her hidey box but often will have her head hanging out, she doesn't want to miss anything that is going on!

Jossalin is completely healed now and is ready for a super special family who will give her the love she is now used to getting. Her life was terrible before she was rescued but from now on she deserves nothing but gentle caring, fabulous quality food & toys, and to be the center of some loving family. She will need to see Dr. Harvey for all her future veterinary care.

Lola Lola

Lola is very small at 3.5 pounds and still very unsettled and scared. She is a pretty girl, who wants to relate so much. She needs loads of love to help her be able to relax and just be herself. Please, no young kids or barking dogs or other animals to harass her. Lola is very shy but loves just being held and having her own space to explore. Lola is a charming girl with lots of love to offer and an unlimited capacity to receive it. She thinks greens are heaven's food and likes toys. She is likely to remain very small when she is full grown.

We love this bunny so much! Lola is going to be a wonderful bunny daughter for some lucky family. So far she has shown a strong interest in willow balls, throw toys and she does a great job using her litter box! We are very proud of her because she is learning so quickly. She is so pretty with gold, brown and white markings, huge brown eyes - and lovely, long French lop ears. This tiny girl has such a huge capacity to love. Adopt Lola if you have a quiet, compassionate, loving home where she can be a part of your family life. Ps: She likes to eat when we eat. Tallulah Tallulah

Tallulah is a darling brown female lop, spayed and health checked. Given her sad history she needs a VERY special loving person to come forward for her.

Sadly. Tallulah was abandoned at a local vet clinic. Her human caretaker had her living in a bathroom and she became crazy in there, eating sheetrock off of the walls. She was so terrified when we got her it was shocking. Tallulah has been with us now for several weeks, and she has calmed down enough to be able to receive pets. She is no longer needing to jump at her food, she knows it will always be right there every day. She has learned that she has a special place Just for her, and this makes her feel happy. Every night we tell her how much she is loved and that her special person will come for her soon. We believe that there is a special person for every single rabbit we have. Are you Tallulah's human?

Tallulah is still very unsettled and worried. She in in the kindest, most compassionate TLC site right now, yet she does need her own home to heal and grow. She needs to know that she belongs and is loved by her own family. Is that you?

Zoe Zoe

Zoë is a darling bunny who has tested positive for pasteurella. She sneezes occasionally. She needs to be placed in a home that understand this medical condition. It is manageable, but a single rabbit home is preferred. This is not an illness that can go into cats or dogs. She is so lonely for a family to love her. She will need inexpensive medication on occasion when sneezing symptoms appear. Other than that, she can live like any other rabbit with love and care and kindness. Great food and attention. Well, and toys. She loves nice fresh clean sheets as her enclosure flooring. A very neat girl.

Sunshine

This boy is looking for that someone special who wants to love him forever. Sunshine loves the privacy of his cage but blossoms with pen play time or better yet, total freedom. He will follow you from room to room, jump up on the couch with you to watch TV or help you make the bed. He lives with two dogs and a kitty who loves to run the hall with him. He was very shy and withdrawn when he first came to us. It took a lot of love and trust to get him out of his shell. He loves to throw his toys and play tunnel Peek a Boo with card board boxes. He seems to shy away from small children; I think they move to fast for him. Sunshine needs a loving home where he has plenty of pen time as well as free roam to share time with you.
