Myxomatosis is carried by the mosquito and flea- Rabbit housed out doors are at a high risk of infection. Please bring your rabbits indoors. Thank You to Pet Food Express for hosting The Rabbit Haven Bunny Hop. It was the 2nd most attended event with about 50 rabbits! So much fun.

It is almost Father’s day.
To celebrate, the Rabbit Haven is gathering photos of bunnies with their foster or adoptive dads,
uncles, grand dads. Once we have all photos in, we will post them on FB and our web to celebrate.

Spirit came into the shelter soaking wet, covered in mud.
He was so dirty and barely able to move.
Daphne had her splint removed Monday by Dr Stern (Animal Hospital of Soquel). Daphne has healed and is able to use her foot normally. Her range of motion is limited but she is able to use her leg and foot.
Rabbit Haven Educator, Michelle, recently visited Girl Scout Troop #15500 in Santa Cruz to help the girls earn their Pets Badge.
