Look who just arrived at The Rabbit Haven ! Perfect, sweet mother bunny (now named Aspen) and 8 tiny ones. (Please excuse her initial shelter photo-It is all we have)
She arrived at the shelter deeply entangled in a net. She needed to be cut free of the netting!!! Then, no sooner did she get in her shelter room, this tiny rabbit gave birth to 9 babies! Sadly one passed away. She is so emaciated, but she tended to her little ones and made the most magnificent nest! This little family is now safe and sound inside the Haven!!!
Now she will be well fed, loved and will hopefully be able to care for all her tiny infants.
